1) Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Accurate information must be provided when booking.
2) Payments
Payment may be required in advance or on-site. Deposits for group bookings are non-refundable.
3) Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours: Full refund
- 24–48 hours: 50% charge
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: Full charge
4) Guest Conduct
- No riding elephants
- Follow staff guidance at all times
- No chasing, shouting, or harming animals
5) Liability
Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. We are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damages unless caused by negligence. Guests are advised to have personal travel insurance.
6) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Phang-nga Province.
